About the Event
Discover Governance is an online cohort-based program designed to demystify governance and build real governance capability. Across 6 sessions, you’ll learn how boards operate, how decisions are made, and how to contribute effectively to board discussions.
In our recent pilot program with 18 participants from a range of diverse sectors
75% started the program unclear about about what is expected in a governance role
72–100% reported improved understanding of how governance works
70–85% reported increased confidence to contribute in governance spaces
2 participants have already applied for board roles.
