Welcome to Discover Governance This program is designed to demystify how boards work and to equip you with the confidence, clarity and practical skills to contribute meaningfully in governance spaces. Over five sessions (with an optional sixth) you’ll explore how decisions are made, what good governance looks like in practice and how your lived experience, values and voice can strengthen organisations and communities. You’ll build real capability through case studies, simulations, peer learning and guided reflection, leaving with a clearer sense of your strengths, your governance pathway and the roles that might be right for you.
